sān yī bā cǎn àn
一九二六年三月十二日，冯玉祥所部国民军与奉系军阀作战，日本帝国主义出动军舰支持奉军，炮击国民军，并联合英·美·法·意等国，于十六日以最后通牒向北洋政府提出撤除大沽口国防设备等无理要求。三月十八日，北京各界人民激于爱国义愤，在天安门集会抗议，会后结队赴段琪瑞执政府请愿，要求拒绝八国通牒，段竟令卫队开枪射击，当场死伤二百余人。是为“三一八惨案”。
