释义	中英烟台条约 zhōng yīng yān tái tiáo yuē又称《芝罘条约》。英国借口马嘉理案强迫清政府订立的不平等条约。1876年9月在烟台签订。主要内容为：英国可派员入云南通商与调查；英人可经甘肃、青海、四川进入西藏，也可由印度进入西藏；增开宜昌、芜湖、温州、北海四处为通商口岸；外国商品在租界免征厘金，在内地只收子口税，免其他内地税。这个条约扩大了英国在华特权，并使英国得以侵入中国云南、西藏地区。
