释义	五會念佛 wǔ huì niàn fó中国佛教净土宗的修行方法之一。唐代法照依无量寿经所创。由三、五至六、七人一起共修，在一坐的时段，依念佛声调的不同分成五会，即第一会平声缓念，第二会上声缓念，第三会非缓非急念，第四会渐急念，以上皆念南无阿弥陀佛，第五会四字转急念，只念阿弥陀佛。五会念毕后即诵宝鸟诸杂赞。此方法一直为后来净土宗道场通用。五会念佛竟，即诵宝鸟诸杂赞。《净土五会念佛略法事仪赞本》
