chuán hóng
旧时谓订婚时男女两家互送约书和信物。指明司礼监承皇帝意旨，以朱笔批复内阁送呈文书。流行于江苏、浙江一带的订婚仪式，男女双方互相交换庚帖和礼品。
传红，俗谓之下定，男宅婚既合，由双冰人封致女宅，女家用泥金红全柬、书年庚八字，交冰人，俗称大宾送男宅，男宅则报以金、银、茶、果等物。
