财团法人中华民国保绿基金会的简称。由十六家保丽龙免洗餐具制造厂商共同组成，于民国八十年六月经由行政院环保署核准成立。成立宗旨为执行及宣导保丽龙免洗餐具的回收与再生，以达到资源的永续利用，并防止环境污染及维护全民健康。
