释义	傳衣鉢 chuán yī bō谓传授佛法。衣，袈裟；钵，食具。佛教禅宗自初祖至五祖皆以衣钵相传，作为传法的信证，六祖以后不再传。后亦泛称师徒传授继承。佛教中的禅宗以袈裟及钵代代相传，作为佛法传承的信证。后泛称学术技能的授受为「传衣钵」。举进士时，和凝以翰林学士典贡部，览质所试文字，重之，自以登第名在十三，亦以其数处之。贡闱中谓之『传衣钵』。《宋史．卷二四九．范质传》传衣钵
