释义	光電二極體 guāng diàn èr jí tǐ为一种将 P-N接合面经由透镜来接受光照射的二极体。若在其 P-N两端接上顺向偏压，则如同一般二极体一样。但若接上逆向偏压，光电二极体逆向电流的大小，将随著外界光线强度变化而改变。一般多用于检测光线的强度，或将检测出来的电压转换成电功率。
