释义	兒童人權公約 ér tóng rén quán gōng yuē原为联合国于西元一九五九年制定的「儿童人权宣言」，后为唤醒全世界对儿童权益的重视，于一九九○年九月起实施「儿童人权公约」。除保留儿童享有的十项权利，并明定五十四条款项。旨在保障所有儿童自出生前至出生后所应享有的各种权利，如生存权、受教育权、优先受保护或救济之权等。
