释义	公廨本錢 gōng xiè běn qián唐代官府的商业资本和高利贷资本。从北朝起到隋唐﹐官府常用公款投入商业或贷放市肆取利。唐武德元年公元618年设置公廨本钱﹐由各州令史经管﹐人称捉钱令史。每人以五万以下本钱交市肆贩易﹐每月收取息钱四千文﹐年息约达本金百分之百，名月料钱。以后利率有降低趋势﹐但到会昌元年公元841年月息仍定五分﹐合年利百分之六十。《唐会要》卷九一载﹐开元六年公元718年秘书少监崔沔说:收利数多﹐破产者众……在于平民﹐已为重赋。公廨本钱
