释义	割衿 gē jīn《旧五代史．唐书．王镕传》:庄宗以镕父友，曲加敬异，为之声歌，镕亦报之，谓庄宗为四十六舅。中饮，庄宗抽佩刀断衿为盟，许女妻镕子昭诲。后因以割衿谓割下衣襟交给对方，作为儿女许婚的信物。昔时为儿女订婚，仓卒之间来不及置办信物，双方家长遂各自割下一块衣襟，作为信物。见诸男女议婚有以指腹割衿为定者，禁之。《旧五代史．卷五四．唐书．王镕传》。《元史．卷一○三．刑法志二》也作「割襟」。
