释义	匹雛 pǐ chú小鸡。《孟子·告子下》:有人于此，力不能胜一匹雏，则为无力人矣。赵岐注:人言我力不能胜一小雏，则谓之无力人。阮元校勘记引孙奭孟子音义:匹，丁丁公着作匹……音节盖与匹字相似，后人传写误耳。梁启超《知耻学会叙》:兵惟无耻，故老弱羸病，苟且充?，力不能胜匹雏耳。一说，幼鸭。宋朱熹《四书章句集注》:'匹'字本作'鴄'，鸭也。从省作匹。《礼记》说'匹'为惊是也。又《答汪尚书》:是犹先察秋毫，而后睹山岳；先举万石，而后胜匹雏。一说，一只鸡。'匹'为量词。见杨伯峻《孟子译注》。匹雏
