释义	受益憑證 shòu yì píng zhèng一种投资信托基金所发行的持分证明。可分为开放式和封闭式两种。开放式受益凭证为证券投资信托公司根据公司所拥有证券在市场上的价格，把公司的股权卖给投资大众，因此，投资人可随时要求公司以当天的净值买回受益凭证。而封闭式受益凭证的发行金额和股数都是固定的，投资人买进此种受益凭证，不得要求发行公司买回，而且在发行之后，其买卖只能在股票市场上进行。
