gù dìng gōng
也称“固定职工”。“临时工”的对称。指实行劳动合同制以前，列入企事业等单位定员编制内，长期任用，没有规定使用期限的在册职工。随着中国经济体制的改革，固定职工制度已逐步为劳动合同制、聘任制和公务员制度所替代。
