释义	大陸法系 dà lù fǎ xì大陆法系系渊源于罗马法。罗马法自中世纪被欧洲大陆接受后，几成欧陆各国的通法，如现在的德国、法国、义大利皆是。由于国际间文化交流的加速，因此在法律的精神或形式上，有些国家即不免彼此类似，而成为一个系统。如亚洲的日本及我国的法律，即属此系统。与大陆法系相对的是海洋法系，二者在刑事诉讼制度上相差很大。
