释义	安福国会 ān fú guó huì又称“新国会”。皖系军阀段祺瑞的御用国会。1918年段祺瑞为抵制孙中山在广州的国会非常会议，决定重选国会议员，在北京安福胡同组织俱乐部，贿买选票，包办选举。安福系在新国会中占有绝大多数席位，时称“安福国会”。1920年皖系失败后被解散。
