定型化契約條款
dìng xíng huà qì yuē tiáo kuǎn
指企业经营者与不特定多数人订立契约，而私下单方先预拟的契约条款。通常契约内容亦较有利于订定者。立契约当事人较为强势的一方分别与弱势的多数人订立大量且个别的相同契约。此种契约往往先由强势一方预先拟定条款保护自己，弱势一方难以更动。
