释义	害肚历 hài dù lì宋制，馆阁官员每夜轮一人值宿，如因故不能值宿，则于名下写上“肠肚不安”，故馆阁宿历值宿登记本相传谓“害肚历”。宋彭乘遇豁宿倒於宿历名位下书腹肚不安，免宿。故馆阁宿历相传谓之害肚历。《续墨客挥犀·馆阁一人直宿》宋陈鹄《耆旧续闻》卷十：“馆阁每夜轮校官一人直宿。如有故不宿，则虚其夜，谓之豁宿。故事，豁宿不得过四。遇豁宿历，名下书肠肚不安，免宿。故馆阁宿历，相传谓之害肚历。”害肚歷
