xiě shí zhǔ yì
现实主义的旧译。十九世纪后期发生于欧洲的思想风潮。反对古典主义和浪漫主义，主张在文艺作品中表现现实生活，本著科学精神，客观的描绘外在环境。影响遍及绘画、小说、戏剧等各层面。小说方面以巴尔扎客、福楼拜、左拉为代表；绘画方面则以库尔贝为代表。
