fēng zhuāng
宋代的一种财政制度。凡岁终用度之余﹐皆封存不用﹐以备急需﹐故称。宋太祖建隆三年始行于中央﹐后各地皆有封桩﹐乃至按月而桩﹐称月桩钱﹐与初意大异。封存固定不动。
只令打造一色切要使用之物，箭头、甲叶、枪剑、手刀等。候打造成，于本州军内送纳。仍令别作一项封桩，专准备缓急支与合要军州。
