释义	平均地權 píng jūn dì quán孙中山所主张的解决中国土地问题的方针。民生主义的纲领之一。主张用征收地价税和土地增价归公的办法，消除地主从地租及地价增涨中获得暴利的可能性。所拟办法是：私有土地由地主估价呈报，国家按价征税，以后涨高的地价归公，同时保留由国家照呈报地价收买的权利，以防地主少报地价。1924年改组中国国民党，重新解释三民主义，进一步提出“农民之缺乏田地沦为佃户者，国家当给以土地”，希望实现“耕者有其田”。平均地权
