释义	慕尼黑政策 mù ní hēi zhèng cè爲了本國利益，不惜犧牲別國主權和領土完整，縱容侵略者的政策。1938年，英、法兩國爲使德國將侵略矛頭轉向蘇聯，於9月與德、意簽訂《慕尼黑協定》，強迫捷克斯洛伐克割讓蘇臺德地區給德國，以換取英、法、德、意不侵犯捷其他領土的“保證”，結果助長了德國法西斯的侵略氣焰。德於次年侵佔捷全境，並攻佔波蘭等國，挑起第二次世界大戰。
