释义	挈皋 qiè gāo挈皋亦作“挈皋”。即桔槔。汲水的工具。亦指形似桔槔的焚柴祭天之具。万籁尽寥寂，唯闻喧挈皋。《汉书·郊祀志上》“通权火”颜师古注引三国魏张晏曰：“权火，烽火也，状若井挈皋矣。”《文选·扬雄》“燎薰皇天，皋摇泰壹”李善注引三国魏如淳曰：“皋，挈皋也。积柴於挈皋头，置牲玉於其上，举而烧之，欲近天也。”胡韫玉《译师梨诗》参见“桔槔”。
