释义	挾書律 jiā shū lǜ秦始皇三十四年，採納丞相李斯的建議，下令禁止儒生以古非今，頒布民間有私藏《詩》《書》和百家書籍者族誅的法令。三月甲子，皇帝冠，赦天下。省法令妨吏民者，除挾書律。《漢書．卷二．惠帝紀》唐．顏師古．注：「張晏曰：『秦律敢有挾書者族。』」也作「挾書令」。
