释义	新三民主义 xīn sān mín zhǔ yì指孫中山在1924年《中國國民黨第一次全國代表大會宣言》中重新解釋的三民主義。即對外反對帝國主義，對內各民族一律平等的民族主義；建立一般平民所共有的民主政治的民權主義和平均地權、節制資本，並實行耕者有其田的民生主義。這時期的三民主義以聯俄、聯共、扶助農工三大政策為其實質，也稱三大政策的三民主義。
