杜魯門主義
dù lǔ mén zhǔ yì
美國前總統杜魯門於西元一九四七年三月在國會演說，請求批准給予希臘及土耳其的貸款援助，並運用美國的實力及地位支持反共勢力，並防衛集權主義的擴張而發表的外交原則，俾維持國際安定。他宣稱美國有領導自由世界、援助某些國家復興的使命，以防堵共產主義的滲入，故稱為「杜魯門主義」。
