释义	松毛蟲 sōng máo chóng昆蟲名。成蟲是鱗翅目的蛾子，一般為灰褐色或褐色，晝伏夜出，有趨光性。幼蟲長形，紅褐色，花斑顯著，兩側有許多長毛，吃鬆針。對森林危害極大。有的地區稱作“鬆虎”。明嘉靖九年，大旱時連年發生，毛黑，食松葉盡而立枯，作繭松枝上，冬末乃化盡。《龍川縣誌》至今，松毛蟲仍是森林害蟲中發生量大、危害面廣的主要森林害蟲。
