释义	柔性勸導 róu xìng quàn dǎo由台北市政府所发起的一项措施。为降低青少年夜归肇事的机率，每天深夜十二点以后，由警察机关派员在各大街头及营业场所，规劝未满十八岁的青少年尽早回家，勿在外面逗留，以免滋生事端。由于只是进行劝导解说，未加以刑责处罚，故称为「柔性劝导」。
