释义	棘门 jí mén古代帝王外出，在止宿处插戟为门，称棘门。棘，通戟。《周礼．天官．掌舍》:为坛壝宫棘门。郑玄注引郑司农曰:棘门，以戟为门。又古代宫门插戟，故亦为宫门的别称。古地名。故址在今陕西省咸阳市东北。指棘门军。旧时在帝王住宿处门口插戟守卫，称为「棘门」。为坛壝宫棘门，为帷宫设旌门。《周礼．天官．掌舍》后用于指宫门。楚考烈王崩，李园果先入，置死士，止于棘门之内。《战国策．楚策四》棘門
