释义	沙卡洛夫 shā kǎ luò fū人名。西元1921～1989前蘇聯物理學家。在五○年代協助前蘇聯製造出第一顆氫彈，而被譽為氫彈之父。後因公開鼓吹人民自由及核武道德觀，且不時批評當時的外交政策，而無法見容於領導階層，除遭剝奪一切榮譽頭銜外，並於一九八○年被流放至高爾基。一九八六年十二月二十三日始由戈巴契夫下令釋回。因其在人權及裁軍問題上貢獻很大，一九七五年獲諾貝爾和平獎。一九八九年十二月因心臟病突發去世。
