释义	河撈 hé lāo一种山西的面食。将和好的面料从架在灶上的河捞床子上挤成条状，直接掉入锅中煮食。床子中间为一圆形柱洞，下有钢片做的漏眼，以杠杆推压活塞，即可将面从漏眼中压出。也称为「河漏」。
