释义	泰勒制度 tài lè zhì dù美国机械工程师泰罗西元1856～1915所创的工厂管理法。由英语 Taylor system翻译得名。用以提高工作效率，增加生产额，节省生产费。据实验证明，这种制度能使劳资双方均受其利。也译作「台拉制度」、「推拉制度」。
