释义	炊熟 chuī shú宋代稱寒食節前一日爲炊熟。因寒食禁火，節前一日必須燒好食物，故稱。指飯菜已燒熟。起來炊熟日亭午，槐葉新成庭覆翠。《宋．張耒〈敘十五日事〉詩》寒食節的前一日。京師以冬至後一百五日為大寒食，前一日謂之『炊熟』。用麵造棗䭅飛燕，柳條串之，插於門楣，謂之『子推燕』。宋．孟元老⎣尋常京師以冬至後一百五日爲大寒食，前一日謂之炊熟。⎝《東京夢華錄．卷七．清明節》
