释义	無爲而治 wú wéi ér zhì 基本出处无为而治者，其舜也与?《论语·卫灵公》意为治国主要以道德来感化，而不靠残酷的刑罚来慑服。以德化民，不施加刑罚，而能平治天下。无为而治者，其舜也与。⎣无为而治者，其舜也与？⎝《论语．卫灵公》于斯之时，君明于上，人化于下，山川鬼神，亦莫不宁，鸟兽鱼鼈，众乎咸若，无为而治，其圣也欤。《唐．张谓〈虞帝庙碑铭．序〉》变体无为而治《论语·卫灵公》：“无为而治者，其舜也与？”
