释义	甯戚飯牛 nìng qī fàn niú春秋衛人甯戚因無法向齊桓公求取祿位，於是做商旅，駕車至齊國，傍晚在城外休憩，遇上桓公在郊外迎接賓客，甯戚在車下餵牛時，悲戚地望著桓公擊牛角唱歌，桓公聽了撫著僕從的手，驚嘆他是位奇人，命人載回而重用他為相。典出《呂氏春秋．離俗覽．舉難》。後泛指自我推薦而獲重用。也作「甯戚扣角」。
