释义	白桿兵 bái gǎn bīng明末石砫土司马千乘、秦良玉夫妇所统的部队。所用长矛皆以白木为杆﹐不加装饰﹐因号白杆兵。明相马千乘的妻子秦良玉所率领的军队。其枪用白木为杆，故称为「白杆兵」。良玉为人饶胆智，善骑射，兼通词翰，仪度娴雅。而驭下严峻，每行军发令，戎伍肃然。所部号『白杆兵』，为远近所惮。《明史．卷二七○．秦良玉传》白杆兵
