释义	白鯧魚 bái chāng yú动物名。硬骨鱼纲鲳目鲳科。体为侧扁椭圆形，有鳞，上下颌有细齿，主鳃盖骨有锯齿缘，或光滑。有背鳍一枚，尾鳍深分叉。非纯白色，背部为淡淡的青黑色，腹部色较淡。鳞易脱落，体长约二十至三十五公分，大的可达六十公分。主要分布于中部以南、韩国、中国东海及东印度群岛等地。
