释义	盍彻 hé chè⎣爰自秩宗擢貳邦計，將使四方之人知予以耆老舊德居此官者，蓋有盍徹之意焉。⎝《論語．顏淵》:哀公問於有若曰:'年飢，用不足，如之何？'有若對曰:'盍徹乎？'謂何不用周代十分抽一的稅率。有若認爲薄賦則民足，民足則君亦足。後因以盍徹指施行仁政。
