释义	盜械 dào xiè谓因犯罪而被戴上刑具。《山海经．海内经》:北海之内，有反缚盗械、带戈常倍之佐，名曰相顾之尸。《汉书．惠帝纪》:爵五大夫、吏六百石以上及宦皇帝而知名者有罪当盗械者，皆颂系。颜师古注:盗械者，凡以罪着械皆得称焉。汉刘歆《上表》:孝宣帝时，击磻石于上郡，陷，得石室，其中有反缚盗械人。一说，盗者，逃也。恐其逃亡，故着械也。见《汉书．惠帝纪》颜师古注引如淳曰。盗械
