释义	紹述 shào shù继承。特指宋哲宗时对神宗所实行的新法的继承。宋神宗年号熙宁、元丰，其时推行新法。神宗死，哲宗嗣立，年号元佑，以年幼，太皇太后高氏主政，尽废新法。八年太皇太后死，哲宗亲政，次年改元绍圣，任章惇执政，以绍述熙宁、元丰新政为名，尽复高太后临朝时所废新法。泛指承继前人所为。遵循前人的遗规事业。于是专以『绍述』为国是，凡元祐所革一切复之。《宋史．卷四七一．奸臣传一．章惇传》近继述绍述
