释义	絞面 jiǎo miàn一种妇人修容术。用细线交叉成剪刀形再使线一紧一松，用来拔去脸部的汗毛。今俗多以镊子代替细线。分付当直的：『去叫女待诏来，夫人要篦头绞面。』《醒世恒言．卷二三．金海陵纵欲亡身》也称为「绞脸」、「挽面」。
