释义	經濟海域 jīng jì hǎi yù沿海国家对于领海以外的邻近海域拥有某种特殊管辖权，此范围内的公海即为该国的经济海域。西元一九五二年南美智利、秘鲁和厄瓜多尔首先宣布将沿海保护鱼区范围扩张至二百浬，一九五八年联合国签署「捕鱼及养护公海生物资源公约」，承认沿海国家对邻接区内生物资源和生产力保持有特别利害关系，此后二百浬经济海域的观念才逐渐被越来越多国家所接受。也称为「专属海域」。
