luó cháng péi
人名。西元1899～1958字莘田，北平满洲旗人，北京大学毕业。历任厦门、中山、北京诸大学教授，曾讲学于美国耶鲁大学，嗣任中央研究院历史语言研究所研究员。是中国语言学权威，对汉语语法、音韵、方言等有重要贡献。著有《厦门音系》、《唐五代西北方言》、《汉语音韵学导论》、《国音字母演进史》、《十韵汇编》、《罗常培语言学论文选集》等。
