释义	翊衛 yì wèi弼輔護衛。侍衛官名。隋始置，唐宋因之，與親衛、勳衛並稱三衛；明廢。又民國初改清御前大臣爲都翊衛使，幹清門侍衛等爲翊衛使、翊衛副使，以蒙古王公任之，尋廢。亦泛指衛士。故使從事中郎徐勛，就發遣操，使繕脩郊廟，翊衛幼主。《文選．陳琳．為袁紹檄豫州》職官名。古代宮禁侍從的官員，隋代置，以後歷代皆設有此官。煬帝即位，多所改革。……改左右衛為左右翊衛。《隋書．卷二八．百官志下》
