释义	职工代表大会制 zhí gōng dài biǎo dà huì zhì中國全民所有制企業中職工羣衆參加企業管理，監督企業行政並進行自我教育的基本制度。1956年中國共產黨第八次全國代表大會提出後，在中國企業中逐步推行。1986年發佈的《全民所有制工業企業職工代表大會條例》，對其職權和組織制度等作了規定。代表大會閉幕期間，企業的工會即爲常設機構。
