释义	腸阻塞 cháng zǔ sè病名。可分为功能性和机械性肠阻塞。前者因肠平滑肌不能正常蠕动而引起，后者的病因包括肠道狭窄、肠黏连、肠内异物、肠外压迫、疝气、肠扭转及肠套叠等。肠阻塞的症状、体征及治疗，因病因及发病部位而异，但若不及时治疗，会导致水和电解质流失、肠壁坏死、有毒物质进入腹腔及血液等后果。也称为「肠梗阻」。
