释义	药物毒性反应 yào wù dú xìng fǎn yìng指藥物引起的嚴重功能紊亂和器質損害的嚴重不良反應。除個別過敏體質外，藥物劑量過大、用藥時間過久是重要因素。如過量過久用鏈黴素、卡那黴素、慶大黴素等，對第八對顱神經有明顯毒性，可致耳鳴、眩暈、耳聾。氯黴素、合黴素和多數抗癌藥物對造血系統有毒性，可抑制骨髓造血，出現白細胞、血小板減少等。
