释义	著作鄰接權 zhù zuò lín jiē quán鄰接於著作權的權利。傳統的著作權只保障著作人心智的創作行為，但利用他人的著作再重新加以詮釋者，由於也花了相當大的心力及投資，故亦應加以保護。此項權利雖不同於著作權，但與著作權有關，故稱為「著作鄰接權」。
