释义	衙推 yá tuī官名。唐時節度、觀察、團練諸使的下屬官吏。五代、宋時以稱操醫卜星相之業的人。莊宗好俳優，宮中暇日，自負蓍囊藥篋，令繼岌破帽相隨，似后父劉叟，以醫卜為業也，后方晝眠，及造其臥內，自稱劉衙推訪女，后大恚，笞繼岌。宋．孫光憲《北夢瑣言．卷一八》職官名。唐置，為軍府或州郡的屬官，節度使、觀察使、團練使等屬下亦設有衙推。
