释义	袞闕 gǔn què指帝王职事的缺失。语出衮职有阙维仲山甫补之。《诗．大雅．烝民》:衮职有阙，维仲山甫补之。汉蔡邕《胡公碑》:弘纲既整，衮阙以补。晋张华《尚书令箴》:补我衮阙，阐我王猷。《三国志．魏志．程昱传》:纵令校事有益于国，以礼义言之，尚伤大臣之心，况奸回暴露，而复不罢，是衮阙不补，迷而不返也。一说为衮衣的缺损，比喻帝王的过失。参阅清俞樾《群经平议．毛诗四》衮职有阙。比喻天子失德。⎣厘改度量，以新国家，弘纲既整，衮阙以补。⎝《汉．蔡邕〈胡公碑〉》衮阙
