释义	起石 qǐ shí指黄初平叱石成羊的故事。相传黄初平，年十五，家使牧羊，有道士见其良谨，便带他到金华山石室中修炼，四十余年不复念家。其兄初起行山寻索，遂得相见。问初平:羊何在?曰:近在山东耳。初起往视之，但见白石而还。初平与俱往看之，乃叱曰，羊起。于是，白石皆变为羊数万头。事见《说库》卷二引晋葛洪《神仙传》。《艺文类聚》卷九四、《太平广记》卷七引《神仙传》作皇初平。
